All 14 are activity NEW, building type Townhouse, occupancy Townhouse. The issue timestamps run from October 9, 2026, 8:31 a.m. Eastern, through October 13, 2:38 p.m. The permit numbers are 26104129, 26104130, 26104131, 26104132, 26104133, 26104475, 26104476, 26104477, 26104478, 26104203, 26104204, 26104205, 26104206, and 26104207. The descriptions name lots, including lots 5 through 8, 14 through 18, and 60 through 64.
The same query for “Everton” returns 9 rows, also NEW townhouses, Issued. Those timestamps run from October 12, 10:56 a.m. Eastern, through October 13, 10:43 a.m. The permit numbers are 26103942, 26103943, 26103944, 26103945, 26103917, 26103918, 26103919, 26103920, and 26103921. The descriptions name lots 51 through 54 and 115 through 119.
This page does not pick one of those 23 points and call it the project, and it does not invent a street. A new-townhouse permit is not a claim that a house is for sale.
